This project consisted of site development, which included pile supported structures, concrete driveways, drainage, water and sewer piping, a sewer lift station, a 500,000 gallon water tank, 32,000 tons of limestone, electrical controls, area lighting, security fencing with a guard shack and a raised modular office building.
