• compression and tension pile load tests
• all driven (154) 14" x 55' concrete piles, (21) 14” x 80’ concrete piles, (550) 55' timber piles and (7) precast concrete pile caps
• all pile cutoffs and tension connector installations
• the forming, pouring and finishing of 1,300 cubic yards of cast-in-place concrete
• the installation of bollards
• installation of drainage pipe and catch basins
