Project Overview

As the primary subcontractor, Sealevel performed the following work for the FAA Seawall Repairs Project:

  • Installation of a temporary cofferdam around existing Waskey Bridge
  • Removal of deck panels and installed (2) 48” culverts for drainage
  • Demolition of existing bulkhead and installation of new sheets, tieback system and wooden wing walls
  • Installation of riprap and 180 cubic yards of flowable fill around new culverts inside the cofferdam
  • Furnished and installed 2,100 linear feet of Truline Vinyl Sheet piles ranging from 12 – 17’ long
  • Poured 720 cubic yards of concrete within and on top of the sheet piles for a concrete cap
  • Installed (98) 35’ timber piles and 2” x 12” x 10’ treated boards for wave protection system
  • Installed 2,400 linear feet of electrical conduit and (9) fiberglass enclosures
  • Furnished and installed 930 tons of 130 lb riprap, 2,100 tons of 610 limestone, 1,400 cubic yards of clay and 30 tons of #57 stone
  • Furnish and installed 665 square yards of Armormax 75 Engineered Earth Armoring system for onsite slope protection
