Sealevel Construction served as the general contractor for the construction of (2) backwater flood control structures in Lafourche Parish. Performing 95% of the work, the scope included:

• the installation of 18"x97' steel pipe piles
• H-piles (HP14x89 @95')
• the installation of precast caps and decks
• the installation of NZ-14 Sheet Piles
• Riprap placement and levee embankment
• a 12" thick concrete sump
• 48" diesel pumps
• Fabrication and installation of (5) 6'x6' and (1) 8'x10' sluice gate
• Fabrication and installation of 48" discharge pipe
• Fabrication and installation of structural steel decks and walkways
• Fabrication and installation of a trash Screen
• Walkway lighting
